- 2023 Franchise Direct Top 100 – We ranked #68 in this list of top global franchisors.
- Listen360 Customer Loyalty Award – We were a winner of Listen360’s inaugural Customer Loyalty Award. Listen 360 is a customer-engagement software provider that tracks customer satisfaction and feedback. To be eligible for the Customer Loyalty Award, a company must maintain a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of at least 70. Our Kiddie Academy NPS is 75.
