Chef Ashley joined our team in 2019. With having years of childcare and food experience, she was the perfect fit for our Kiddie Academy family. Using Farm to Early Childhood Education, Chef Ashley creates one-of-a-kind menus for our academy. Helping parents introduce new foods to their children and expanding their pallets is Chef Ashley’s goal! Your child will see Chef when she visits their class weekly for her infamous “Cooking In The Classroom with Chef Ashley!” or maybe during one of her taste test events during pick up. When she is not in the kitchen, you can find her at home making diy crafts, reading books or going on adventures with her wife and children.

Miss Courtney has been the Director at Kiddie Academy of Wilmington since 2019. She graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor's in Middle Grades Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Before joining the Kiddie Academy family, Miss Courtney was a 7th-grade teacher, specializing in Science and Social Studies. She transitioned to Early Childhood Education to support children in building a strong foundation during the critical early years of their lives. Miss Courtney enjoys the beach, working out, and spending time with friends and family.
